📋 Description

• Shape and advance enterprise supply chain strategy, capabilities, governance, and services • Develop standards, processes, systems, tools, and operating practices for a scalable supply chain function • Serve as a strategic supply chain leader and thought partner to business leaders • Translate enterprise priorities into a clear supply chain roadmap • Build and mature governance, standards, supplier and subconsultant management, risk assessment and mitigation, Procurement-as-a-Service, data collection and analytics, and KPIs • Provide consultative supply chain leadership to Operations and Shared Services teams • Lead or partner on ERP enablement, strategic pricing negotiation, logistics, receiving, and inventory management capabilities • Establish KPIs and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics • Champion supplier and subconsultant management programs • Drive operational efficiency by simplifying workflows and improving processes • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team • Develop and sustain policies, processes, and operating practices supporting efficiency, quality, compliance, and risk controls • Report to the Associate Director of Business Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Quality, Engineering, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations • 5+ years of leadership experience • Advanced understanding of Supply Chain Management principles, practices, functions, and disciplines • Demonstrated success building, transforming, or maturing supply chain programs, operating models, and enterprise capabilities • Experience working in the AEC industry or engineering, consulting, construction, utility, infrastructure, manufacturing, industrial, or project-based professional services environment • Experience and knowledge of ERP systems, procurement systems, workflow design, data governance, reporting, and analytics tools • Ability to lead through ambiguity, build structure in developing functions, influence without direct authority, and balance short-term execution with long-term strategic priorities • Professional certification such as CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification desired • Strong executive communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S. • Openness to innovation and applying evolving technology and AI tools
