📋 Description

• Lead large, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from initiation through close-out for the Power Lifeline Sector • Manage project scope, stakeholders, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, and mitigation strategies • Coordinate highly matrixed project execution teams and ensure resources support project schedules • Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and problem-solving sessions • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations • Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, assess consequences, and implement recommendations • Represent Ulteig with clients and provide regular project status updates • Collaborate with engineering teams to manage technical project aspects • Lead project coaching, conflict resolution, facilitation, motivation, and negotiation • Track project schedules, costs, budgets, financial transactions, milestones, and key metrics • Monitor project health and take corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget • Adhere to Ulteig governance policies and contract strategies • Establish effective working relationships and share best practices across projects and teams • Provide training and support to project team members • Maintain customer focus and represent Ulteig professionally

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience • 8+ years of project management experience, with significant experience in engineering projects; power industry experience preferred • Technical engineering knowledge required, with ability to understand and coordinate solutions for complex engineering challenges • PE, PMP, CCM or equivalent certification preferred • Demonstrated leadership skills and proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams, including project and/or program management, services, engineering, operations, and procurement • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, and Planview Adaptive Work • Advanced understanding and experience of scheduling and cost planning • Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations) experience preferred • Openness to innovation and ability to apply evolving technology and AI tools • Must have permanent work authorization to work in the US
