📋 Description

• Manage and execute daily on-site activities for multiple capital projects • Lead project meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders • Serve as the primary point of contact for renovation activities • Conduct frequent property inspections and supervise contractor work • Diagnose and troubleshoot project and property issues • Ensure safety precautions and the physical integrity of properties • Coordinate stakeholders to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant with scopes of work and contract documents • Lead project kick-off meetings and conduct final sign-off inspections • Ensure project close-out documents are properly filed • Prepare and update weekly/monthly project status reports • Process invoices and change orders • Update construction progress schedules and trackers • Participate in developing scopes of work, timelines, and planning parameters for redevelopment projects

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management or related field highly preferred • Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience within the seniors housing or multi-family industries • Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and verification of employment, education, and other relevant credentials • Some overnight travel is expected
