📋 Description

• Lead the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with client objectives and business requirements • Own end-to-end project delivery from kickoff through deployment • Build and manage dependency-driven project plans with critical paths, ownership, and milestones • Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation actions • Manage project financials, scope, budgets, variances, and change control • Make tradeoff recommendations balancing timeline, cost, and feature delivery • Manage stakeholder expectations across Client Services, Product, and Technology • Serve as primary client point of contact and maintain client relationships • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders • Lead decision-oriented stakeholder forums and provide executive-ready narratives • Lead cross-functional project teams and foster collaboration, communication, and accountability • Coach and mentor junior project managers and team members • Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and industry standards • Conduct project reviews and audits for process compliance • Identify process improvements and efficiency gains within the PMO • Lead lessons-learned sessions and contribute to project management methodologies, tools, and templates

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of customer-facing project management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Expertise leading large-scale technical projects with cross-functional teams, multiple workstreams, and shared resources • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • PMP certification preferred but not required • Experience managing projects at a software development company • Expertise with Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies • Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) • Experience with systems integration • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure • Experience with Jira, Workfront, and Microsoft Project • Experience planning and resourcing projects in a Project and Portfolio Management solution • Ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks across concurrent efforts • Strong attention to detail and ability to track overlooked tasks • Willingness to learn from mistakes and improve • Honest, enthusiastic, and positive approach
