📋 Description

• Work alongside the Project Manager throughout the project lifespan • Collaborate with customers, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on-time delivery • Develop and manage multiple project schedules • Monitor overall construction activity progress • Participate in management calls to review job-site issues, work schedules, subcontractor performance, and workflow efficiency • Organize and schedule regular vendor meetings covering deliveries, technical issues, and documentation • Organize and schedule regular customer updates on all aspects of the project • Implement customer- or vendor-suggested changes and coordinate scheduling and timeline updates • Handle day-to-day project operations, including site buys and expediting

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or similar experience • Minimum 3–5 years preferred • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and focus on quality output • Knowledge of PVF materials and processes • Ability to interpret, analyze, and evaluate commercial and technical specifications • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software • Strong organizational skills • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment • Ability to coordinate several major activities simultaneously • Customer-service orientation with leadership and negotiation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and build relationships with team members, vendors, and customers • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday • Ideal candidate based in the Eastern Time Zone, preferably within reasonable commuting distance of Cincinnati, OH
