📋 Description

• Work alongside the Project Manager throughout the project lifespan • Collaborate with customers, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on-time delivery • Develop and manage multiple project schedules • Monitor overall construction activity progress • Participate in management calls to review job-site issues, work schedules, subcontractor performance, and workflow efficiency • Organize and schedule regular vendor meetings covering deliveries, technical issues, and documentation • Organize and schedule regular customer updates on all aspects of the project • Implement suggested customer or vendor changes and coordinate scheduling and timeline updates • Handle day-to-day project operations, including site buys and expediting

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or similar experience; minimum 3–5 years preferred • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output • Knowledge of PVF materials and processes • Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical specifications • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software • Strong organizational skills • Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Ability to coordinate several major activities simultaneously • Customer service orientation with excellent leadership and negotiation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Team-player aptitude for multitasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday • Ideal candidate based in the Eastern Time Zone, preferably within a reasonable commuting distance of Cincinnati, Ohio
