📋 Description

• Define and drive enterprise AI product strategy aligned with revenue growth, operational efficiency, and client outcomes • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives redesigning core workflows across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Onboarding • Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases • Oversee development and deployment of AI solutions using internal teams and external partners • Drive enterprise-wide adoption and behavior change across business units • Advise the CEO and senior leadership on AI priorities, investments, and governance • Establish KPIs tied to efficiency gains, cost reduction, error reduction, and client experience improvements • Mentor associates through instruction, coaching, real-time on-the-job experiences, modeling effective practices, and advising on methods • Contact clients regarding general information, issue resolution, inquiries, and reporting requirements • Coordinate with team members and internal teams regarding inquiries and open workflows • Perform other duties as required and assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 8–15+ years of experience across consulting, operations, product, or technology roles • Experience in financial services or fund administration • Equivalent education and experience will be considered • Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics; strong conceptual understanding • Microsoft Office Suite • Adobe Acrobat • Strong leadership and stakeholder influence skills • Operator mindset with focus on execution and outcomes • Ability to work effectively with technical teams without needing to build solutions directly • Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes • Ability to align associates with company values and goals • Ability to plan and delegate the work of others • Ability to motivate and inspire others • Ability to assess performance and take corrective action • Ability to plan and develop systems and procedures to improve operating quality and efficiency • Creative and critical thinking skills for troubleshooting • Multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills • Strategic, meticulous, initiative-taking approach with commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness • Personal integrity, responsibility, and accountability • Ability to use time and information resources effectively • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Clear and concise written and oral presentation skills • Active listening and support for open exchange of ideas and information • Ability to identify, arrange for, and obtain resources • Ability to establish effective relationships with associates and clientele • Ability to adapt priorities and deadlines to changing conditions and obstacles
