📋 Description

• Defines and drives enterprise AI product strategy aligned to revenue growth, operational efficiency, and client outcomes. • Leads cross-functional transformation initiatives redesigning core workflows across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Onboarding. • Partners with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases. • Oversees the development and deployment of AI solutions leveraging internal teams and external partners. • Drives enterprise-wide adoption and behavior change across business units. • Advises CEO and senior leadership on AI priorities, investments, and governance. • Establishes KPIs tied to efficiency gains, cost reduction, error reduction, and client experience improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–15+ years of experience across consulting, operations, product, or technology roles. • Experience in financial services or fund administration. • Equivalent education and experience will be considered. • Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics; strong conceptual understanding. • Microsoft Office Suite. • Adobe Acrobat.
