📋 Description

• Oversee small line-of-business financial planning and analysis, including policy, process, tools, training, and staffing • Provide hiring, promotion, and disciplinary action recommendations • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for direct reports • Manage financial analysis projects and statistical studies • Provide key financial analysis and leadership reports • Manage various monthly reporting processes • Provide guidance on investment and project decisions • Ensure project and department milestones and goals are met, including approved budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Typically, a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) • 5+ years of related experience • 1+ years leadership experience • Certain roles may require candidates to meet U.S. nationality requirements • Certain roles may require eligibility to obtain a security clearance
