📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, assess, and teach online courses within the Social Work programs • Ensure course alignment with program outcomes and accreditation standards • Mentor and support students, adjunct faculty, staff, and other program stakeholders • Participate in service to the discipline, profession, and institution, including committee work and community engagement • Demonstrate professional and collegial conduct with faculty, staff, and university leadership • Contribute to program development, assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives • Perform other duties and projects as assigned in collaboration with the Dean

🎯 Requirements

• Earned Doctorate (PhD, DSW, or closely related field) in Social Work or a related discipline from an accredited institution; ABD candidates may be considered with degree completion by start date • Master of Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE accredited program • Minimum of two (2) years of post-MSW professional practice experience in social work • Experience teaching in higher education, preferably in online asynchronous modalities • Commitment to student-centered teaching and supporting a diverse adult learner population • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills • Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering current, market-relevant, and engaging curriculum, assessments, and learning activities in an online-first LMS • Experience applying data-informed approaches to enhance student success and retention • Ability to engage collegially and collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and professionals across disciplines • Committed to cultivating a workplace culture grounded in respect, openness, and constructive dialogue • Current residence in Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin • Availability for collaboration during core hours from 9am to 2pm PST
