📋 Description

• Review or perform accounting and administrative functions for alternative investment funds, including recording investment and investor transactions, portfolio pricing and reconciliation, trial balances, financial statements, investor allocations, and investor reporting • Train and oversee fund accounting staff • Review or perform general ledger accounting functions in compliance with accounting policies, SEC and IRS rules, and GAAP • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and audit/tax firms • Onboard clients or new funds for existing clients • Review preliminary and final trial balances and net asset values for funds • Monitor and review cash settlements, investor activity, interest, dividend payments, and other cash items • Maintain or review monthly audit and expense analysis schedules • Identify, investigate, and propose solutions for daily accounting and pricing issues • Review and distribute financial statements, investor reports, and other client reports • Calculate and present final financial packages and fund net asset values to clients • Review or prepare quarterly regulatory filings such as N-Q and N-CSR

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience • At least 6 years of Fund Accounting experience
