• New client acquisition for large-scale projects in interior fit-out / construction management / general contracting / real estate • Independently manage the entire sales process: prospecting --> proposal --> closing • Develop and implement a new-client acquisition strategy • Responsibility for the client development phase • Identifying and developing new markets • Conduct active market analysis
• Sales-oriented personality with commercial or technical training • Extensive sales experience, e.g., as Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Key Account Manager (m/f/d) • Strong market knowledge • Good command of spoken and written English (advantageous) • Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills and negotiation abilities • Willingness to travel (within Germany)
