📋 Description
• Post all payor funds • Track all income • Manage patient refunds • Post and balance payments received through Lockbox, ERA, EOBs, Remedics or Clearing House • Balance daily payments posted in each Division and log them in appropriate spreadsheets • Track patient credits and process refunds • Perform approved adjustments from RCM teams or Divisions • Participate in revenue cycle meetings and process improvement initiatives • Identify and resolve billing complaints • Answer questions from staff, patients and insurance companies
