📋 Description

• Performs professional duties and technical procedures in dermatopathology to examine and treat patients • Orders and analyzes appropriate tests and procedures to provide information on patients’ conditions • Interacts with patients, patients’ families, departmental units, and medical and nursing staff on essential matters • Promotes professionalism through professional organizations, teaching, research, and/or publishing • Performs other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Medicine in area of specialty • 3-5 years of clinical experience • CPR required • BLS required • ACLS and/or other relevant certification as required by the department • Board certification/eligibility in area of specialty • Demonstrated ability to promote professionalism through involvement in professional organizations, teaching, research, and/or publishing • Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patient population(s) served • Knowledge of principles of growth and development over the life span • Ability to assess data reflective of patients’ population-specific and age-specific needs • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills • Part-time availability
