• Teach in the Health Care Administration program remotely. • Develop and evaluate healthcare marketing plans. • Actively engage students through frequent interaction that motivates them to succeed. • Guide students in active collaboration and the application of their learning in problem- and project-based learning demonstrations. • Provide rich and regular constructive feedback, utilizing rubrics effectively for the assessment of student work, and acknowledging student accomplishments. • Demonstrate relevant and current subject-matter expertise, and help students connect concepts across their academic program. • Provide feedback to your program chair on possible curricular improvements.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Health Admin, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher learning • 5 years directly relevant, current and active industry experience in Healthcare. • 3 years of experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education. • Terminal degree preferred in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Health Admin, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher learning • Hold one or more certification such as CPHIMS, CHDA, CHFP, CPA, CPHQ, LSSGB/LSSBB, PMP, FACHE, RHIA/RHIT/CHDA/CHPS/CPHIMS, FACHE/CHFP/CPA, PMP, CISSP.
