• Teach remotely for the Political Science program • Actively engage students through frequent interaction • Guide students in active collaboration and the application of their learning • Provide rich and regular constructive feedback • Demonstrate relevant and current subject-matter expertise • Provide feedback on possible curricular improvements
• A Masters degree in Political Science or related field from an accredited institution of higher learning • Professional experience in Political Science, Application of Political Theory, American government, international relations, or related field • Prior teaching experience required; Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred. • Professional experience in homeland security, counterterrorism, and related topics preferred. • Professional experience in domestic governmental operations, administrative policy, and related topics preferred.
