• Collect, analyze, and develop reimbursement reports • Monitor monthly charges, collections, and RVUs by clinical department and payor • Assist Associate Director of Revenue Cycle department management with presentations and data reporting for senior leadership and upper management • Provide and monitor reimbursement benchmark data • Prepare monthly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports and analyses • Develop presentations and recommend courses of action to senior management • Analyze and formulate monthly and yearly collection goals • Coordinate distribution of plans and reports • Summarize findings in monthly reports and distribute them to staff and senior management • Conduct special-project analyses • Coordinate development of performance data reports supporting collection activities • Develop ad hoc reports from various systems • Support clinical departments in improving charge-entry and collection performance • Liaise with staff and management in preparing financial reports
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree • One (1) year of experience in reimbursement, financial analysis, or revenue cycle management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Must provide complete employment history, education, and licenses/certifications/registrations in the application • Must meet all job requirements at the time of application • Occasional travel to offsite locations • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds
