📋 Description

• Lead the design of experiences across the app • Own end-to-end design from strategy and exploration through launch and iteration • Turn complex growth and rewards mechanics into intuitive customer experiences • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing • Translate external marketing campaigns into cohesive, optimized in-product experiences • Use customer insights and data to drive decisions • Apply interaction design, visual execution, prototyping, and attention to detail • Identify opportunities beyond the immediate roadmap and help shape future products

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design • Portfolio demonstrating strong process and execution across consumer-facing mobile products • Uses AI as a core part of the design toolkit for exploration, prototyping, and execution • Visual and graphic design skills • Ability to take solutions from concept to execution and communicate thinking to stakeholders • Experience in visual design and/or art direction (bonus) • Experience in consumer fintech, predictions, and/or sports betting products (bonus)
