• 4-6 years of experience in partnership and/or affiliate marketing • Proven track record of success managing partnership/affiliate programs • Strong understanding of attribution and marketing technologies • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets • Strong project management skills with high attention to detail • Passionate about performance marketing and making a positive difference through your work
