📋 Description
• Design, develop, and maintain WES modules using Java EE, Spring Boot, and micro services architecture • Implement real-time task orchestration, routing logic, and system interfaces for automated material handling systems • Collaborate with solution architects, controls engineers, and customer teams to deliver tailored automation solutions • Conduct testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for WES applications in live warehouse environments • Ensure software scalability, reliability, and compliance with Swisslog’s development standards and best practices
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise Java development • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Strong grasp of warehouse operations and real-time systems • Experience with integration protocols (REST, MQTT, OPC-UA) • Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server) • Experience with UI frameworks (Angular) • Hands-on experience with Swisslog WES or other automation/WCS platforms is a strong plus • Agile mindset, solid troubleshooting ability, and excellent communication skills
