📋 Description

• Engage directly with enterprise clients • Lead discovery sessions to map workflows and uncover business challenges • Distinguish surface-level requests from fundamental operational needs • Translate customer problems into structured solution plans on Unframe's platform • Write detailed specifications and define prompt and context structures • Own complete solution design • Collaborate with engineers and AI specialists to deliver solutions on target • Prioritize requirements and manage tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope • Represent enterprise operators and domain experts • Collaborate with the Platform team to identify reusable product patterns • Manage several client engagements simultaneously • Keep senior stakeholders aligned through delivery, progress reviews, and post-deployment rollouts • Serve as the strategic and technical bridge from initial conversation through final deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles • Proven track record working alongside engineering teams on complex, fast-paced technical products • Proven experience personally leading consultative conversations with enterprise buyers and operators • Ability to manage senior client relationships through complex delivery • Ability to navigate competing priorities and shifting requirements or compressed timelines • Ability to define AI solutions from raw business problems and write precise specifications • Experience shipping AI-powered features under tight timelines • Experience documenting strategic tradeoffs • Direct exposure to building with LLMs, including prompt structures, context and output constraints, agentic systems, or model uncertainty • Strong written communication • Systems thinking and high attention to detail • Fluent English, written and verbal • Ability to navigate multi-faceted projects • Based in the United States • US work authorization required
