📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and end customers • Increase sales from existing and new customers, including wholesalers, purchasing groups and end users, in line with annual sales targets • Conduct seminars, product training and demonstrations of Unger products and systems at customer sites • Support sales activities through product presentations • Organize, manage and participate in regional and national trade shows • Prepare sales and revenue forecasts by customer and product for the territory • Develop annual sales plans • Negotiate with specialist dealers within pre-approved limits • Support finance/accounting with credit checks and collection for outstanding receivables • Monitor competing products and market developments • Work closely with other members of the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Residence must be in northern Germany • A degree in business administration is an advantage; alternatively, extensive professional experience in sales • Sales professionals with industry experience (minimum 3 years) preferred • Knowledge of the cleaning/hygiene industry is desirable • Proven track record of consistent sales growth • Experience in sales management is mandatory • Fluent German • English skills are an advantage • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgement • Ability to communicate with a wide range of people, including in an international environment • Negotiation skills with dealers and when dealing directly with end customers • Structured and analytical approach to time management and managing a large territory • Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, reliability and a hands-on mentality • Willingness to travel nationwide
