📋 Description

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue and profitability targets within the designated territory • Develop and execute territory and account plans focused on independent hotels and smaller hospitality groups • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up on qualified leads • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through presentation, negotiation, and close • Build trusted relationships with hotel owners, operators, general managers, and other key decision-makers • Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide timely sales forecasts and opportunity updates in the CRM • Stay current on company products, hospitality market trends, and competitive activity • Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth handoff and positive customer experience • Work independently in a remote environment with limited supervision • Meet assigned sales quotas and revenue goals • Prioritize territories effectively and deliver profitable sales performance

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in software, SaaS, technology, or hospitality • Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new business • Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Effective time management, prioritization, and follow-through • Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a fully remote role • Experience selling software or technology solutions to hotels or hospitality organizations is strongly preferred
