📋 Description

• Support the sales team with administrative and coordination responsibilities • Perform job takeoffs and basic estimating of opportunities • Communicate with customers regarding project status, required information, scheduling updates, and next steps • Follow up with customers for approvals, artwork, information, deposits, paperwork, and other required items • Respond to customer questions and route technical or project-specific questions to the appropriate team member • Enter project information into company software, CRM, and project management systems • Record and organize customer information, specifications, drawings, artwork, purchase orders, and other documentation • Review project information for completeness and accuracy • Update project status and customer communications • Monitor sold projects and follow up with production, permitting, purchasing, installation, design, and other departments • Identify projects falling behind schedule and escalate them to the appropriate manager or project team member • Maintain awareness of deadlines and milestones • Keep sales representatives informed of project status and outstanding requirements • Support customer follow-up on open proposals, approvals, deposits, and other sales-related items • Help ensure a smooth handoff from sales to production and installation • Maintain organized records and consistent follow-through from project sale through completion

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, construction, signage, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Comfortable communicating with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal departments • Strong computer skills and ability to learn company-specific software quickly • Experience with CRM, ERP, project management, or business management software preferred • Ability to identify missing information and proactively follow up to obtain it • Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Valid driver's license required by application question
