📋 Description
• Provides advanced network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident remediation in a 24×7 NOC environment • Handles escalations from Level 1, performs deeper network diagnostics • Ensures reliability of network infrastructure across multiple locations • Supports the Cyber Backup environment and works under the guidance of the Level 3 Network Lead
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination • Strong experience with network troubleshooting and monitoring tools • Ability to support 24×7 operations and rotating shifts • U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required
