📋 Description

• Provide ongoing systems administration support for Windows environments across multiple locations • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, applications, and connectivity components • Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and technical guidance • Analyze and recommend commercially available hardware and software • Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of systems administration infrastructure, including operating systems, virtualization platforms, cloud infrastructure, directory and identity services, monitoring and management, middleware, and applications • Implement automation, process intelligence, and AI-enabled solutions • Gather client specifications, requirements, and systems expectations • Coordinate with client contacts on operational recommendations • Configure and maintain software performance, stress, and load tests • Remediate daily incident tickets to maintain Windows system availability and reliability • Conduct training sessions for users and systems administration team members

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and U.S. residency required • BA/BS degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong expertise in Windows systems administration • Experience with Microsoft Server, including clustering • Experience with VMware • Knowledge of disaster recovery (DR) and high-availability (HA) principles, including in cloud environments — Oracle OCI and Microsoft Azure • Eligibility for any required U.S. Government authorizations for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
