📋 Description

• Define and communicate a multi-year product vision and strategy aligned with company goals, customer needs, and the health and community care policy landscape • Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and make product tradeoff decisions • Engage customers, frontline users, executives, board members, partners, and market stakeholders • Identify opportunities for AI and advanced analytics to improve needs identification, service coordination, and outcome measurement • Own product portfolio investment allocation, initiative sizing, and return on investment • Build product intelligence linking initiatives to financials and outcomes • Run recurring business reviews with executive leadership • Rationalize and consolidate overlapping capabilities to reduce cost, complexity, and security exposure • Lead the evolution of the Unite Us platform toward configurable, reusable capabilities • Champion identity capabilities including SSO, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, and MFA • Partner with Interoperability Solutions Delivery and Engineering on FHIR, SMART on FHIR, HL7, EHR integrations, and partner APIs • Ensure products meet HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and 21st Century Cures Act requirements • Build a third-party and partner ecosystem • Lead, mentor, recruit, and develop product directors and product managers • Establish consistent discovery, prioritization, outcome measurement, and product storytelling practices • Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Marketing leadership • Support strategic deals, launches, positioning, and product storytelling • Deliver 90-day, six-month, and one-year portfolio, roadmap, operating-practice, platform, customer-outcome, and product-revenue milestones

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management, solution architecture, or health information technology • 5+ years leading product teams and product leaders • Experience leading a large, multi-team product portfolio in healthcare, health plans, or health IT • Ability to speak to investment, outcome, and financial results of product decisions • Deep technical foundation in platform, identity, and API strategy • Production experience delivering interoperability capabilities such as FHIR APIs, SMART on FHIR applications, or EHR integrations • Experience building or scaling platforms for independent teams to deliver a consistent experience • Understanding of health-data regulations, including HIPAA and the 21st Century Cures Act • Experience introducing product operating practices into an organization • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with executives, boards, and customer leadership • Comfortable presenting to large audiences and teaching/developing others • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity and competing priorities • Commitment to social impact initiatives and helping underserved communities • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Public Health, or a related field • All team members must pass a background check including criminal, employment, and education verification • Experience serving special populations, CIAM platforms, clinical informatics, AI applications, project-funded organizations transitioning to product operating models, published research, conference presentations, or teaching experience are a plus • Master's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred • Familiarity with product and roadmapping tools such as Jira, Productboard, or Aha! • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau • Familiarity with CRM, documentation, project management, performance management, and internal tools including Intercom, Confluence, Google Suite, Asana, Lattice, Workday, Zoom, Slack, and Workramp
