📋 Description
• Handle case appearances, including status conferences and lien trials • Take and defend depositions • Manage discovery tasks and ensure compliance with deadlines • Coordinate with supervising attorneys and provide case status updates • Support trial preparation and related litigation tasks
🎯 Requirements
• No prior Workers’ Compensation experience required (training provided) • Litigation, deposition, or case management experience preferred • Strong organizational and communication skills • Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new practice areas
