📋 Description

• Serve as an Executive Admissions Representative for the Cross-state enrollment team • Spend the majority of time directly interacting with prospects and students in person or by phone • Take inquiry calls and provide accurate information about programs, entrance requirements, curricula, and academic standards • Return web inquiries and calls promptly • Make outbound calls to interested potential students and participate in phone-a-thons and dialing campaigns • Initiate unsolicited leads and generate new business • Follow up with prospects who do not schedule or attend interviews, and with interviews that do not progress or students who drop or cancel • Schedule and conduct student interviews using approved materials and company policies • Explain program offerings and match college benefits to student needs • Advise students on suitable programs based on their desires, qualifications, and objectives • Ensure admissions management is informed about student motivations and concerns • Provide routine advice and guidance on programs, eligibility requirements, admissions policies, procedures, and documentation • Serve as liaison between students and campus and assist with enrollment forms and applications • Partner with Finance to support customer service and completion of financial aid packaging • Mentor and advise students on their skills and interests • Resolve routine inquiries and escalate complex issues as appropriate • Account for inquiries and admissions activity • Complete daily activity reports and maintain accurate records • Ensure pre-start paperwork is completed accurately and on time • Attend required training and meetings and perform other assigned duties • Comply with company policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • One (1) year internal hire as a Senior Admissions Representative required or two (2) years external hire: minimum of customer service, telemarketing, or sales required • Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors • Excellent presentation skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook • Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis • Must be able to work 10a–7pm PST hours
