We are a group of smart, passionate leaders shaping the future of AI and are building a high-performing team. • About The Opportunity • Hybrid working environment (4 days in the office in San Francisco) • You will work in our GTM team, supporting daily operations while also identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance our go-to-market efforts—especially through emerging tools and AI-driven automation. Deep expertise in every system isn’t required; what’s most important is your curiosity, adaptability, and hands-on approach to problem solving.
• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, within a B2B SaaS company. • Solid working knowledge of CRM systems, along with experience using at least one sales engagement or intelligence platform (e.g., Gong, Clay, Momentum). Familiarity with AI-powered tools is a must. • Naturally curious and proactive—you enjoy exploring new technologies and aren’t afraid to dive in and experiment. • Skilled at connecting business challenges with operational or system-level solutions. • A hands-on executor who thrives on building and iterating, not just recommending from the sidelines. • Familiarity with AI-driven sales technologies and a strong interest in exploring and experimenting with new tools as they emerge. • Experience partnering directly with Sales teams, including SDRs, AEs, and frontline managers, to support their daily operations. • Motivated by untangling complexity and streamlining go-to-market processes to make life easier for revenue teams.
