📋 Description

• Step into mid-stream planning for GDC, Unite, and other first-party events • Take ownership of established timelines and project milestones or create them • Manage and negotiate with vendors across AV/production, F&B, rentals, and experiential builds • Review existing contracts and quickly close sourcing gaps • Build and maintain detailed load-in/load-out schedules, run-of-show documents, and onsite staffing plans • Potentially execute onsite by managing crews, troubleshooting live issues, and overseeing logistics • Work closely with the senior team to deliver regional user events and third-party events to brand standards

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience in high-impact B2B events, specifically large-scale global user conferences or roadshows • Deep familiarity with the event lifecycle and ability to manage complex logistics from Day 1 without extensive training • Track record of sourcing and managing large-scale production and hospitality partners under tight deadlines • Expert-level skill in developing run-of-show documents, floorplans, and technical production schedules • Immediate fluency in Google Workspace and Splash or similar registration platforms • Highly organized and proactive; comfortable jumping into a fast-moving environment mid-project • Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges • Ability to manage and negotiate with AV/production, food and beverage, rentals, and experiential-build vendors
