📋 Description

• Serve as the technical resource for customers, sales teams, and supplier partners • Conduct site visits to evaluate customer operations and identify improvement opportunities • Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical recommendations for customer applications • Support product implementation, startup activities, and ongoing program optimization • Develop technical proposals, application solutions, and customer presentations • Conduct joint customer visits with sales and supplier representatives • Deliver product and industry training for customers and internal teams • Identify new business opportunities through customer engagement and market analysis • Collaborate with suppliers on product development, technical support, and new product launches • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and technical meetings • Maintain customer activity, opportunity tracking, and market intelligence reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field preferred • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, field service, field engineering, process engineering, or industrial operations • Experience supporting customers in midstream or downstream oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, terminal, or pipeline operations • Strong troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, and customer-facing skills • Ability to develop and present technical solutions to multiple levels within customer organizations • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites within the assigned territory
