📋 Description

• Configure, develop, and support Workday functionality and integrations for Student Financials, Student Accounts, Financial Aid, and related student financial processes • Design and develop Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, Core Connectors, SOAP/REST, and related technologies • Configure, support, and enhance Workday functionality, business processes, and related rules • Support and maintain existing Student Financial integrations, including error resolution and release testing • Partner with University stakeholders and Information Technology teams to translate functional needs into Workday configurations, business processes, and technical solutions • Use database technologies, including SQL, for integration development, data analysis, and troubleshooting • Monitor and troubleshoot Workday configuration, business process, and integration issues • Develop and maintain technical documentation • Apply information security practices to protect University information • Communicate with management, team members, and stakeholders regarding issues, changes, and integration support needs • Research Workday functionality, releases, and emerging technologies • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to the Manager of Enterprise Applications and Development • Travel occasionally to the main campus in Williamsburg, Kentucky, as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a computing discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience as an integration developer • Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, and integrations, including Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, and Core Connectors • Experience supporting Workday Student, Student Financials, Student Accounts, Financial Aid, or comparable higher education systems • Experience developing API-based integrations and solutions • Broad-based knowledge of software engineering, enterprise application configuration, integration architecture, and the software development life cycle • Understanding of information security principles and secure data exchange practices • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable • Workday Pro certification in Integrations, Student, Financial Aid, or another relevant area is preferred • Experience with Title IV federal financial aid regulations and Department of Education reporting requirements (e.g., FISAP, NSLDS, COD) is preferred
