📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake, Google BigQuery, SQL, and Python • Ingest and transform data from APIs, databases, cloud storage, marketing platforms, and third-party sources • Build reusable data models and transformation workflows using SQL, dbt, and established engineering practices • Implement data validation, quality checks, monitoring, and troubleshooting for reliable delivery • Automate manual processes and improve pipeline performance, scalability, and maintainability • Use Fivetran, Supermetrics, and cloud services for data integration when appropriate • Use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools for development, debugging, testing, and documentation, validating outputs for accuracy and security • Collaborate with data architects, analytics teams, and stakeholders to deliver trusted, analytics-ready datasets • Deliver reliable, automated, and well-documented data pipelines • Improve data quality, processing efficiency, and platform reliability • Build reusable solutions that reduce manual maintenance • Collaborate effectively with technical and business teams

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must reside in the United States • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • 2+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related technical role • Strong SQL skills and experience developing and supporting production data pipelines • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and/or Google BigQuery, with the ability to learn and support both platforms • Working knowledge of Python for data processing, automation, and API integrations • Familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation frameworks • Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud environments • Understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, Git, and data quality practices • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
