• Supervises and coordinates cash application processes of the medical and pharmacy payment systems • Provides input into operating policies and procedures for the unit • Oversees daily operations ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and regulations • Manages personnel, including work allocation, training, and performance evaluation • Imports daily deposits and EDI files for automated payment posting • Monitors payment posting for compliance and prepares required records and reports
• High school diploma or GED • At least 3 years of directly related work experience in a medical environment • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience related to specified duties • Completed degree from an accredited institution may substitute for experience on a year for year basis
