📋 Description

• Define and evolve Unto Labs’ marketing strategy, brand positioning, and messaging to reach both technical and mainstream audiences • Design and execute campaigns for product launches, ecosystem milestones, developer events, and community initiatives • Build scalable content and communication systems across web, social, and advertising channels • Translate complex technical concepts—consensus protocols, cryptography, distributed systems—into clear and compelling storytelling • Guide and produce collateral including website copy, pitch decks, press releases, blog posts, and multimedia • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and creative teams to capture and convey Unto Labs' unique value • Drive GTM initiatives including partnerships, event presence, and outreach • Measure and analyze marketing efforts to optimize reach and effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in GTM, brand marketing, or communications roles, preferably with technical or startup organizations • Proven ability to shape messaging for highly technical products and communicate to broad audiences • Experience building out marketing campaigns and brand strategy from early stage • Skilled at distilling complex topics into approachable narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
