📋 Description

• Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog according to business value, strategic roadmap objectives, client needs, and technical sustainability • Translate business and client requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams • Partner with stakeholders to develop business cases, measure outcomes through KPIs, and track benefit realization • Incorporate client feedback, operational requirements, risks, and technical dependencies into roadmap and prioritization decisions • Collaborate with multiple Agile teams to manage delivery progress, communicate timelines, monitor risks, and support successful production releases • Use Agile, customer-centric, and product management practices to drive continuous improvement and adoption of new capabilities • Maintain deep business knowledge and stay informed on industry trends • Contribute to Product Owner best practice communities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Proven experience delivering technology-focused initiatives and working within Agile product management environments • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with ability to drive decisions, challenge the status quo, and lead through change with and without formal authority • Technical acumen and experience collaborating with architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and technical requirements • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels • Strategic, analytical problem-solving and sound judgment in ambiguous environments • High ownership, accountability, and self-motivation; ability to work independently and drive outcomes • Commitment to continuous learning, coaching, mentoring, and team development • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and active listening skills • Ability to prioritize competing demands and make decisions in a fast-paced, complex environment • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and business acumen focused on value delivery • Passion for solving business problems and partnering with cross-functional teams • Self-starter able to work independently while managing work across multiple Agile teams • Ability to quickly build business and product knowledge • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies • SAFe Product Owner certification required • Experience with compensation systems, CLA/UUS platforms, or related business domains is an asset but not required
