📋 Description

• Develop and support implementation of the advisory services strategy in the US aligned with global priorities. • Profitably achieve qualitative and quantitative targets. • Localize the global advisory services offering and plan for US customer demands. • Plan, monitor, and develop a local offering portfolio and ensure successful project execution. • Drive excellence in advisory service teams through continuous development of people and processes. • Own and grow the U.S. Advisory Services portfolio, including Arc Flash Risk Assessments, Infrared Inspections, and LOTO. • Lead portfolio strategy, customer value analysis, performance management, and alignment with global objectives. • Conduct market, customer, competitive, technology, and regulatory analysis. • Identify growth opportunities, evaluate new service offerings, develop value propositions, and support investment and partnership decisions. • Develop and execute U.S. business and go-to-market plans, including business model development, pricing strategy, sales enablement, strategic business development initiatives, and portfolio expansion. • Partner with sales, operations, and global stakeholders to support operational execution, achieve revenue and margin objectives, and build relationships with key customers and executive-level decision makers. • Champion ABB core values and principles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in global functions including marketing, sales, account management and product management. • Experience in service operations and field service within the power distribution and energy sector. • Strong understanding of customer needs, electrical products, applications, and service solutions. • Proven ability to develop innovative, customer-focused solutions and drive service growth. • Experience managing complex customer projects, partnerships, and M&A-related initiatives. • Global mindset with strong intercultural communication and relationship-building skills. • Fluent in English. • Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%. • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
