📋 Description

• Cultivate long lasting business relationships and manage customer portfolios • Own customer orders from request to delivery • Develop and execute customer success plans • Take ownership of customer engagement including kick-offs, onboarding, trainings, and health checks • Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and support renewals • Ensure excellent end-to-end customer experience • Drive and execute internal projects to implement customer success best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Background in geospatial or similar field • Proficiency in using GIS/remote sensing software and tools • Working knowledge of customer success processes • Proven track record of managing own book of business • Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Technical expertise and problem-solving skills • Experience with or understanding of APIs • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
