📋 Description

• Refine and implement the organization’s IT strategy aligned with business and clinical goals • Identify emerging technologies to enhance patient care, data security, and operational performance • Define IT governance, policies, standards, and best practices • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, including clinical platforms, network infrastructure, and cloud solutions • Ensure system uptime, reliability, and scalability to meet organizational needs • Recruit, mentor, and lead IT staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement • Provide training and development opportunities for team members • Set clear performance objectives and create a culture of accountability, quality, and top-tier customer service • Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions • Negotiate and manage contracts with technology vendors and service providers, including MSPs, developers, and third-party solutions • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS) • Execute security audits including SOC2 Type II, client audits, and penetration testing • Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect patient data and organizational assets • Oversee IT service management (ITSM) processes, including helpdesk, user support, and asset management • Establish SLAs and KPIs to monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement • Develop and enforce processes for system updates, patching, backups, and change management

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of IT leadership experience, 6+ in healthcare • Experience in completing SOC2 and other security audits • Expertise in clinical systems, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance • Strong leadership and communication skills • Hands-on, not afraid to dig into the details and lead by example
