📋 Description

• Develop and maintain compliance documents, internal business practices, and network processes and procedures supporting more than 5,400 The UPS Store locations • Review compliance packet submissions and determine acceptance or rejection within allocated timeframes • Assess compliance packets and determine center compliance status • Document exceptions to brand standards and compliance processes • Ensure center builds meet standards in Corporate and Area Owned locations • Follow up with Franchisee Consultants and Area Franchisees on past-due compliance packages • Develop and update documents supporting The UPS Store standards and specifications • Collaborate with internal teams and field representatives to address and escalate compliance concerns • Respond to field inquiries through email and Microsoft Booking sessions • Conduct sessions with field personnel about compliance reviews • Review process changes, update resources, and communicate changes to stakeholders • Process vendor check requests, franchisee fund releases, renewal rebates, and vendor invoices • Perform account reconciliations • Review and process Order Workbooks and Digital Order Workbooks • Generate reports using basic software tools and maintain data accuracy and completeness • Identify and resolve report-generation issues • Identify operational challenges and propose solutions to management • Assist the Design and Construction team, Operations department, and other company initiatives as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in compliance review and facilitation • Analytical skills for conducting analysis and identifying compliance issues • Positive, adaptable, agile, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset • Ability to identify customer problems and use internal resources to resolve complex issues • Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder communication • Attention to detail and ability to work independently • Bachelor’s Degree or internationally comparable degree preferred • Reliable home office environment and ability to work effectively in a virtual team setting • 5+ years of franchise experience preferred • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or current UPS employee with three years of UPS experience
