📋 Description

• Review monthly royalty reports for accuracy • Conduct audits of center financial data and reporting • Present audit findings and respond to follow-up communications • Respond to royalty reporting and audit-related questions • Conduct ad hoc audits as required • Audit franchisee sales data, operational procedures, financial statements, royalty reports, and business processes for compliance with the Franchise Agreement and Center Operations Manual • Provide support to franchisees in the network • Manage multiple tasks and processes, prioritize work, and meet department goals and deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting theory and principles • Ability to capture and document specific, accurate information and maintain organized files • Ability to make independent decisions • Understanding of basic financial terminology and concepts, including cash flows, operating profit/loss, and net income • Ability to conduct financial analyses • Ability to generate simple reports using basic software functions and write basic queries • Strong communication skills via phone and email • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) — Preferred • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent — Preferred • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field — Preferred • Experience conducting financial analysis — Preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, including V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, and database creation/management, or similar software • Must be able to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST • Employer will not sponsor visas for this position
