📋 Description

• Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans across data center operations. • Conduct weekly safety seminars for onsite teams. • Design and deliver site-specific curriculum, presentations, and interactive training materials. • Monitor and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other applicable regulations. • Act as a safety liaison by identifying risks and providing proactive solutions to mitigate hazards. • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, incident reports, training logs, inspection reports, and safety audits. • Conduct site inspections, identify potential hazards, and enforce corrective measures. • Collaborate with onsite teams to foster a safety-first culture. • Ensure team members understand and adhere to safety policies and protocols. • Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. • Identify and escalate risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and contribute to remediation. • Travel to various data center sites across the United States.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OSHA 30 Certification (Is a Must). • Actively been within the Data Center build environment and understands the risks (Is a must). • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and other relevant safety regulations. • Conduct weekly safety seminars for onsite teams, including designing the curriculum, developing engaging presentations, and delivering interactive training sessions during visits to each site. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and educate teams. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to assess risks, implement solutions, and enforce safety protocols. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other tools for documentation and presentations. • Flexibility to travel to various sites and adapt to dynamic environments. • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies. • Identify and escalate risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation. • Additional safety certifications (e.g., CSP, CHST) preferred. • Experience with safety in data center environments or similar facilities preferred. • Familiarity with emergency response planning and first aid/CPR certification preferred.
