📋 Description

• Lead consolidated revenue and gross margin reporting, analysis, and insights • Consolidate financial results and forecasts across business units and functions • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, results presentations, board meeting materials, and forecast reviews • Partner with FP&A to understand business drivers and evaluate financial impacts • Analyze financial and operational performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities • Ensure data integrity across planning systems, reporting tools, and financial models • Drive best practices for reporting and utilization of data from multiple sources • Assist with month-end close and reporting processes in partnership with accounting • Provide insights and commentary on company results relative to plan and forecast • Streamline and automate financial reporting processes • Support implementation of Oura’s Pigment planning tool • Prepare ad hoc analysis and modeling

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant finance experience • Experience with revenue, gross margin, or supply chain finance a plus • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets • Experience working with planning tools such as Anaplan, Pigment, or Adaptive preferred • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision of financial data and resolving discrepancies effectively • Ability to work cross functionally and communicate with or present to people at all levels of the organization with varying levels of financial literacy • Demonstrated ability to operate well with ambiguity and build things from scratch • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and tools • High integrity, intellectual curiosity, self awareness, and a self starter attitude • Eastern time zone preferred; candidates across the US considered
