📋 Description

• Provide direct service support to users for computing devices and peripherals • Fulfill end-user requests and resolve technical issues according to service and procedural standards • Perform moves, adds, and changes for computer devices • Handle access requests and setup • Provide application support and respond to break/fix service requests • Participate in IT-related projects as directed • Maintain computer networks between locations and care centers • Contribute to determining hardware and software specifications • Perform application testing and workflow documentation • Provide user support and customer service to physicians and staff • Respond to questions from callers and walk-ins • Remotely assist physicians and staff with technology problems • Install hardware and complete repairs • Communicate security information throughout the organization • Administer information security software and controls under supervision • Follow Help Desk procedures and accurately log contacts using ticket-tracking software • Perform other position-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Information Technology • 5 years experience in lieu of degree or certificate • Working knowledge of common operating systems and software applications • Familiarity with equipment found in clinics • Knowledge of Microsoft online services • Knowledge of healthcare systems operations such as EMR • Compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality • Ability to provide technical support over the phone • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Microsoft certifications preferred • Associate Degree in Computer Science or certificate in a computer technology-related field preferred
