📋 Description

• Provides direct service support to users for a wide variety of computing devices/peripherals as well as all IT related functions. • Works autonomously fulfilling end user requests and resolving issues according to service and procedural standards. • Maintains computer networks between locations and/or care centers. • Responsible for application testing and documentation of workflow. • Provides user support and customer service to physicians and staff to resolve software and hardware issues. • Communicates security information to all levels of the organization. • Follows standard Help Desk operation procedures; accurately logs all Help Desk contacts using tracking software for job tickets.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • Associates Degree in Computer Science or Certificate in computer technology related field is preferred • 5 years experience in lieu of degree or certificate • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Information Technology • Microsoft certifications preferred. • Working knowledge of common operating systems and software applications. • Adequate familiarity with equipment found in clinics. • Knowledgeable in Microsoft on-line services. • Knowledge in healthcare systems operations such as EMR.
