âą Interpret and bill physician charges âą Enter charges into the Billing System with accurate codes âą Review documentation for coding compliance âą Monitor and follow up on billing captures âą Coordinate with physicians regarding coding âą Participate in staff meetings and project management
đŻ Requirements
âą Must be a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) âą Excellent working knowledge of medical terminology âą Knowledge of third-party billing and collection regulatory guidelines âą Strong interpersonal skills âą Ability to work independently or in a team âą Proficiency in office equipment and software including MS Office and EMR systems âą High school diploma or GED equivalent
