• PE fluency • commercial ownership • operating judgment • talent judgment • builder energy • experience interfacing with lower-middle-market PE GPs, operating partners, deal team members, portfolio operations leaders • ability to create opportunities, open relationships, expand accounts • willingness to learn the workflow deeply
