📋 Description

• Assist with patient statement and internal billing questions • Support the RCM CSR team with day-to-day challenges • Answer a high volume of patient calls • Answer day-to-day questions and provide support to patients and team members • Ensure patients understand statements and assist with taking payment • Follow up timely on voicemails and emails • Identify and provide feedback on areas of opportunity • Identify and escalate posting trends that cause patients to receive erroneous statements • Maintain CSR goals set by management • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency is required • Experience in healthcare, at least one year • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral • Attention to detail and a flexible work style • Must be a team player • Excellent customer service skills, both external and internal • Ability to answer a high volume of patient calls and follow up on voicemails and emails • Ability to meet productivity goals and CSR goals set by management
