📋 Description

• Communicate with members via phone and email • Answer questions and support onboarding and new account setup • Coach members throughout their financial journey • Listen to members and provide empathy and solutions for their unique needs • Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and best practices • Accurately document member interactions and activity • Train and progress toward higher-level positions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience, in a call center or retail environment • High school diploma or equivalent • Availability for an 8-hour shift between 6am and 8pm • People-focused approach and solution mindset • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls • Strong communication skills
