📋 Description

• Provide accounting and finance support for assigned Areas • Perform period-end reviews and develop journal-entry support for accruals and reclasses • Collaborate with field management on RM trackers, inventory exemptions, rebate accruals, and financial transactions • Coordinate, maintain, and evidence SOX internal controls • Review and reconcile balance-sheet accounts with the Controllers Group • Analyze cost structures and support cost-saving initiatives • Conduct variance analysis against business plans and forecasts • Support period-end narratives, gap-plan tracking, incentive programs, union labor-negotiation modeling, and annual wage increase support • Communicate financial results to field and region leaders • Lead and contribute to cross-functional strategic projects and process improvements • Assist with adoption of new tools, technologies, and best practices • Collaborate with Finance Manager II, Senior Financial Analysts, and other team members • May provide guidance to Senior Financial Analysts - Field • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience • Strong proficiency in Excel • Strong proficiency in financial planning platforms (e.g., Anaplan) • Experience with accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
