📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain a standardized data methodology and reporting suite to inform and drive strategic business decisions • Develop, create, and improve data management and reporting capabilities • Continuously improve capabilities in parallel with the business landscape • Analyze data strategically to identify opportunities and roadblocks and develop business-driving solutions • Measure system effectiveness and results against established KPIs • Develop and provide innovative optimization solutions • Partner with the Senior Manager to implement and maintain an automation-first mindset capable of leveraging AI across the enterprise • Work with FP&A and stakeholders across functions at the enterprise level, including executive-level stakeholders • Work closely with consultants and contractors • Perform other duties assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, data management, statistics or related field • Experience across the entire data value chain, including data warehouses, data lakes, big data, ELT, data modeling, database administration, security, user interface, reporting & analysis • Experience in CI and improvement of user experience • Experience in improving user experience by interpreting data and automating decision making • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and adjust as new priorities and timelines change • Ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision and direction • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization, including executive management, employees, customers, and vendors • Ability to perform well with ambiguity and complex situations • Strong independent judgment, discretion, critical, and analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and time management skills • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
