📋 Description
• Reviews medical records and accurately assigns and sequences CPT, ICD-10CM, and HCPCS codes/modifiers • Generates physician queries following established procedures • Performs charge entry of professional services • Maintains required continued education hours
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years of related experience required • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Knowledge of ICD-10CM and CPT coding conventions • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Expert knowledge of multiple EMR platforms • One or more of the following credentials are required within 12 months: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CCC
